Project
Tanana Chiefs Health Clinic Expansion
This project expanded the existing seven-year-old facility to support the growing healthcare needs of the Fairbanks community. The Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center is a three-story facility that includes an ambulatory surgery center, cancer care services, specialty clinics, laboratory services, and diagnostic imaging, providing comprehensive healthcare for the region. The facility was designed with sustainable features as core elements and incorporated multiple drawing packages delivered through a CM/GC process to expedite construction and meet the required schedule.
