Southcentral Foundation Fireweed Building Renovation

The Southcentral Foundation Fireweed Building renovation modernized a 21-year-old facility to meet evolving healthcare needs and current standards for dental and optometry services. The first-floor dental clinic was reconfigured to enhance patient care with improved safety features and an updated layout that supports efficient operations. On the second floor, the optometry clinic was upgraded to accommodate growing demand and improve the client experience. The renovation included comprehensive electrical system upgrades, encompassing lighting, power, telecommunications, fire alarm, and security systems. These improvements also included all new equipment in the boiler room, upgraded and new ventilation systems, including a new rooftop air handling unit (RTU) and central exhaust fan, ensuring the facility systems were renewed for long-term, reliable service.
