This new three-story medical office building provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community. The facility includes primary care, pediatrics, urgent care, laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, behavioral health, optometry, pediatric rehabilitation, and adult care. Delivered through the CM/GC process, the project required close coordination with the contractor and fast-tracked design packages to meet the client’s construction schedule.
