This new healthcare clinic provides essential medical services to the 3,000 residents of the Kenaitze Indian Tribe on the central Kenai Peninsula. The project incorporates state-of-the-art medical technologies and achieves a 30% energy savings over the baseline ASHRAE 90.1 design standard. This LEED-Silver certified facility creates a welcoming gathering place for the community—one that fosters, nurtures, and celebrates Alaska Native identity.
