A proud Washington native, Kyle graduated from Washington State University in 2020, where he studied mechanical engineering and faithfully cheered on his Cougar football team. During his final summer of college, he interned with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations in Washington, D.C.—an experience that offered a firsthand look at the complexity of large-scale systems and sparked a deeper interest in building design and operations. He was drawn to HVAC engineering for its balance of technical problem-solving and real-world impact. He enjoys designing efficient, reliable systems that improve comfort and functionality in the built environment. Outside of the office, Kyle can usually be found on the golf course or at the pottery wheel.

Do you have any hidden talents or surprising skills?

Somehow, I am exceptionally good at bingo. I almost never lose. I’m no slouch in a raffle either.
Where’s your dream travel destination?

I would love to visit Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia. It looks like the closest thing we have to heaven on earth.
If you could magically learn any language, which one would it be?

My wife’s family is Italian, so being able to whip out some fluent Italian would be pretty awesome.
