AMC Engineers has extensive project experience with the Providence Valdez Medical Center, having delivered a wide range of healthcare design solutions for the facility for nearly a decade. Our work includes renovation of the Imaging Department, including replacement of the X-ray and CT systems, both with uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to provide power conditioning, a complete replacement of the Level 1 Emergency Power System (EPS) generator, and all five automatic transfer switches serving the EPS. We have also completed an Emergency Department remodel and expansion, a full remodel and replacement of the Sterile Processing Department, and an expansion to the building for the Long-Term Care Department.
