ANTHC Deep Look Surveys

AMC Engineers has supported ANTHC through multiple contracts over the years, conducting condition surveys for a wide range of healthcare facilities across Alaska. These facilities include hospitals, clinics, counseling centers, residential treatment centers, pharmacies, medical office buildings, and multipurpose facilities. The surveys address compliance with local codes, CMS regulations, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, Facilities Guidelines Institute (FGI) requirements, and other facility-specific criteria. AMC Engineers works closely with facility users to identify issues and explore options for maintenance and system upgrades. As part of this effort, AMC Engineers developed a standardized format for forecasting equipment and system replacement costs to assist in securing forward funding.
